  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice chicken, peppers, and onions evenly. Mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
