Description

The 5-Minute Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla is a quick and delicious comfort food that combines the flavors of pizza with the convenience of a quesadilla. Itโ€™s crispy, cheesy, and ideal for busy days or lazy weekends, served best with marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking spray)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Assemble the quesadilla by placing one tortilla in the skillet, adding half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and topping with the second tortilla.
