- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and smooth. Mix in the cream of mushroom or chicken soup, then season with salt and pepper. Incorporate grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
