Description

Baked Feta Pasta is a creamy and flavorful dish featuring feta cheese and roasted cherry tomatoes, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). In a baking dish, arrange cherry tomatoes and place feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is gooey and golden.
  3. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add to the baking dish with roasted tomatoes and feta. Toss to combine.
  4. Serve on plates, garnished with fresh basil. Enjoy immediately!
