- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). In a baking dish, arrange cherry tomatoes and place feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is gooey and golden.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add to the baking dish with roasted tomatoes and feta. Toss to combine.
- Serve on plates, garnished with fresh basil. Enjoy immediately!

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
