  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy.
