- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Top generously with the ricotta mixture.
