Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour remaining marinade over them.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes. About 5 minutes before itβs done, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.
