  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
