- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions or chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and translucent. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
