Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, spread sushi rice on top, leaving a border, and add fillings in the center.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing with water at the edge.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and top with tempura flakes.
