Description

Cheeseburger Sliders are the perfect quick and easy ground beef burger sliders, ideal for family dinners, parties, or casual gatherings. These savory mini burgers feature juicy beef patties topped with cheese, pickles, and classic condiments, all nestled in soft slider buns. A crowd-pleasing, flavorful, and customizable meal that comes together in minutes, making it a must-try for busy weeknights or weekend get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)
  • Soft slider buns, approximately 8-10 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese slices, sliced thinly
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Ketchup and mustard
  • Onions, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Butter or sesame seed bun tops (for the finishing touch)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional chopped onions. Mix gently to keep the meat tender.
  2. Divide the seasoned beef into 8 small, evenly sized portions and shape each into a thin patty slightly larger than your slider buns.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties about 3-4 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. During the last minute, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese to melt.
  4. Spread ketchup and mustard on the slider buns. Place cooked beef patties on the bottom buns, add pickles and other toppings as desired. Cover with the top buns, optionally buttered or sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave on low or in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes to preserve juiciness.
  • Customize toppings or cheeses to suit personal preferences.
