- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by cooking your chicken if not already prepared. Use leftover cooked chicken or quickly cook some on the stovetop. Shred about 2 cups of cooked chicken.
- Lay out the lasagna noodles and spread a mixture of ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over each noodle.
- Add a spoonful of Alfredo sauce and shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Carefully roll up each filled noodle and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- For a crispy top, finish with a quick broil or use an air fryer if desired.
