Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- In a large bowl, combine cooked potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well coated and integrated.
