Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. In a large bowl, mix potatoes with ranch seasoning and melted butter until coated.
- In a skillet, cook the sliced sausage and chopped onions over medium heat until browned and onions are translucent (about 5-7 minutes).
