Description

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced chicken, olive oil, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Cook until chicken is golden brown.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large baking dish, combine sautéed chicken and mixed vegetables, then pour the creamy sauce over. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Open biscuit dough, tear each biscuit into quarters, and place on top of the chicken mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
