- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced chicken, olive oil, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Cook until chicken is golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, combine sautéed chicken and mixed vegetables, then pour the creamy sauce over. Mix gently until well combined.
- Open biscuit dough, tear each biscuit into quarters, and place on top of the chicken mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
