Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken fillets in olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sautรฉ the marinated chicken fillets in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for a minute. Pour in the heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
  4. Cut potatoes into fries, deep fry them until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
