- 4 boneless chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken fillets in olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
- Sautรฉ the marinated chicken fillets in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for a minute. Pour in the heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
- Cut potatoes into fries, deep fry them until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
Notes
