  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and slicing evenly.
