- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, blend the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Prepare the streusel topping by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed butter in a small bowl. Blend with a pastry cutter or fingertips until coarse crumbs form.
