Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 pounds of crab (preferably snow crab or blue crab)
  • 1 pound of mussels
  • 4 ears of corn (cut into halves)
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1 onion (quartered)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water (enough to fill large pot)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add Old Bay seasoning, lemon wedges, and quartered onion, and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Once boiling, add potatoes and corn, allowing them to cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. Add shrimp and crab, stirring gently; boil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and crab is heated through.
  4. Carefully drain the pot and transfer seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter, squeezing fresh lemon juice on top, and serve immediately.
