Ingredients

- 2 pounds of fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 pounds of crab (preferably snow crab or blue crab)
- 1 pound of mussels
- 4 ears of corn (cut into halves)
- 8 small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- 1 onion (quartered)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water (enough to fill large pot)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water, add Old Bay seasoning, lemon wedges, and quartered onion, and bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, add potatoes and corn, allowing them to cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Add shrimp and crab, stirring gently; boil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and crab is heated through.
- Carefully drain the pot and transfer seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter, squeezing fresh lemon juice on top, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
- Reheat gently on low heat to avoid overcooking seafood.
- Pair with crusty bread and coleslaw for a complete meal.
