Description

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, cream cheese, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.
  2. Cut the crusty bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides carefully.
  3. Spoon the shrimp and crab filling generously into the hollowed bread halves, packing it well.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the stuffed bread.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the stuffed bread for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
