Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, cream cheese, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.
- Cut the crusty bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides carefully.
- Spoon the shrimp and crab filling generously into the hollowed bread halves, packing it well.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the stuffed bread.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the stuffed bread for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
