  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and let drain on a paper towel.
  7. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar; whisk until smooth.
  8. Dip the cooked chicken tenders into the creamy ranch sauce until completely coated.
  9. Return the sauced tenders to the skillet for an additional minute to heat through.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
