Description

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and reserve about 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  4. Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly. Garnish with chopped parsley and season with additional salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes.
