  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
