Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced chicken, and cook until browned. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
