Description

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sautéed chicken, heavy cream, honey, and shredded cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and cheese begins to melt.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, optionally sprinkle additional cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
