Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and water. Stir until melted and bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and add the dry ingredients mix.
- Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped tip. Preheat your air fryer as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pipe small bite-sized portions of the dough onto parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Place the piped churro bites into the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix additional sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Toss cooked churro bites in this mixture while still warm.
