Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet, add heavy cream, and simmer until thickened. Pour over chicken.
