Instructions
- Brew the Earl Grey tea by boiling 2 cups of water, adding the tea leaves or bags, and letting it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and set aside.

- Mix the brewed Earl Grey tea with the cherry syrup, adjusting sweetness as needed. For iced tea, prepare a glass with ice.
- Add 1 cup of milk to the tea-cherry mixture, stirring well. Pour over ice for iced tea or into a mug for hot tea, garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Store leftover cherry syrup and tea mixture separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This tea pairs well with scones, cookies, or lemon shortbread for a delightful treat.
- Frozen cherries can be substituted; thaw before making the syrup.
