  • 200g Fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 250g Ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
