Description

Easy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a spicy and crispy flatbread pizza that combines tender shredded chicken coated in buffalo sauce with melted mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles. Perfect for game days, quick dinners or snacks, this flavorful flatbread is simple to prepare and bursting with bold flavors.

  • 1 pre-made or homemade flatbread crust
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (preferably grilled or baked)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional but recommended)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)
  • Olive oil (for brushing the crust)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by combining the cooked, shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. For extra spice, add melted butter or hot sauce if desired.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil to improve crispiness.
  3. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread surface. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using. Sprinkle chopped green onions across the top.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a pizza stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and slice into pieces. Serve hot and enjoy!
