- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of mushroom or chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
- Add the stuffing mix, stirring until evenly coated. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9Γ13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
