Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Gradually add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve over pasta or rice.

Notes

  • If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are completely thawed before cooking.
