Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, return to pot, and mash with butter and cream until smooth.
- Fold in egg yolks, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and pipe potato mixture onto a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
