Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and stir until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to set the crust.

Turn off oven and let the cake cool inside for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
