- 2 cups of chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gather fresh ravioli and other ingredients.
- Chop your selection of fresh vegetables.
- Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil and add ravioli and chopped vegetables in the center. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Seal tightly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes. Carefully unwrap and serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat wrapped in foil.
