  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • For Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a cutting board.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cook the meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. For the tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate.
