- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- For Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a cutting board.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cook the meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate.
