- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- Β½ cup Caesar dressing
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp by combining with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Assemble the wraps by placing chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and grilled shrimp in the center of a tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly to form a wrap. Cut in half to serve.
