Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, mashed bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, baking powder, and salt until combined. Optionally, fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Avoid overcooking as the aroma fills your kitchen!
