- 3–4 very ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth.
- Add the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and instant vanilla pudding mix.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toasted nuts.
