  • 20 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Β½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional but recommended)
  • Β½ cup hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Cook the large pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, blue cheese (if using), buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each cooked shell generously with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish, packed tightly but gently.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the shells and drizzle extra buffalo sauce if desired.
  6. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove foil, bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the cheese, then garnish with green onions and parsley before serving.
