Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and eggs to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
