Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently and folding in the cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
- Grease a muffin tin with butter and fill each cup about 3/4 full with the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
