Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, panko, egg, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, or pan-fry in sesame oil until browned.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the spicy mayo dip. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve the hot meatballs with spicy mayo dip on the side, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.

- Adjust the spiciness of the mayo by adding more Sriracha.
