Description

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort food dish that combines the rich flavors of a classic cheeseburger with creamy Alfredo sauce, all tossed in fettuccine pasta. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings, this indulgent recipe features savory bacon, hearty ground beef, and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 oz bacon, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced bacon. Cook until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels, leaving a tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Add the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon, tossing everything together until well coated in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, warm on the stovetop over low heat with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
  • For a lighter dish, use turkey bacon and ground turkey along with light cream.
  • Vegetables like sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach can be added for extra flavor and nutrition.
