  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
