- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 4 whole wheat wraps
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken breast with olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
- While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop your fresh vegetables: dice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and shred the lettuce.
- To assemble the wraps, spread hummus on each whole wheat wrap, top with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then roll tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed. Slice in half for serving.
