Description

One-Pot Creamy Spicy Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta is a delightful dish that combines creamy garlic butter sauce, tender steak, and perfectly cooked pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests, it promises a burst of flavor in every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into strips)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pot and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked steak with pasta and pour in heavy cream, mixing in Parmesan cheese and blending everything in the creamy sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley and extra Parmesan on top. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add a splash of cream or milk to reheat.
  • This dish pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread, and a glass of red wine complements the flavors nicely.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken for the steak, or make it vegetarian by using vegetables and vegetable broth.
  • Marinate the steak with your favorite spices or add veggies like spinach for extra flavor.
