- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth with small lumps.
- Add vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to mashed bananas. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
