  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking sheet. Spread with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
