- 200g noodles (your choice)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips for even cooking.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown, then add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and combine them with the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Pour teriyaki sauce over and toss to combine. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions!
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
