Description

Quick and Flavorful Chicken Teriyaki Noodles is a delicious and satisfying meal combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and noodles coated in rich teriyaki sauce, all ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 200g noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips for even cooking.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown, then add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Drain the noodles and combine them with the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Pour teriyaki sauce over and toss to combine. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions!
