  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with plain yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
