- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, sugar, and salt; mix until a rough dough forms.
- Beat in softened butter, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
- After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Glaze with lemon juice and sugar after baking.
